Ann LeVan

Director of Worship and Outreach

Music can be a powerful way to share stories. At Epic, Ann LeVan is passionate about using music to help people encounter Jesus. She longs to be a follower of Jesus who makes disciples that make disciples.
As director of worship arts, Ann leads all aspects of worship including coordinating schedules, music and prep as well as leading worship from the stage most weekends.
"Music provides words when we don't have any," Ann says. "It moves us. When music is used as a vehicle of worship, I see God break down walls, people fall to their knees, broken lives restored, dry places refreshed, and souls nourished!"
A simple line from a song on Sunday morning can impact a person’s life. It can encourage them to ask questions and seek God. In turn, it can move them to share their experiences with others. Ann wants people to see Christ through the music on Sunday mornings.
Ann is married to her husband Jeremy, the founding pastor of Epic Church. They have been married since 1998, and they have two wonderful children – 15-year-old, Caitlin, and 11-year-old Jace.
Ann and Jeremy were called by God to plant a church in Mishawaka. But at the time, they lived in Wisconsin. Through what Ann calls "a series of incredible confirmations that only God could orchestrate," they ended up in Mishawaka, and Epic Church was born.
Now Ann seeks to live in and live out God’s love through worship. She’d love to talk more about it with you. Make sure to connect with her on Sunday morning!
